Jacksonville Beach is a separate incorporated city in Duval County of about 23,800 people on San Pablo Island — the largest of the Beaches cities, with its own mayor, council and city manager.

The name makes everyone assume City of Jacksonville jurisdiction. It is a separate city with its own rules, and its northern boundary hands off to Neptune Beach and then Atlantic Beach within a few blocks.
What the ground does to a truck
The numbered avenues are narrow and parked solid on both sides, especially in season, so there is often nowhere legal to stop a truck near the address. Beach placements mean soft sand with no vehicle access without city authorisation, and event units at SeaWalk have to be set and serviced inside the permitted closure window rather than on the driver's schedule.

If the site is hard to describe, name the nearest of the Jacksonville Beach Pier, SeaWalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza, Beaches Town Center at the north end, the 1925 Mission-style Casa Marina Hotel, Adventure Landing and South Beach Park - that gets a driver closer than a pin does.
If the public can reach your site, plan on at least one. It needs a firm level pad and an approach that stays unobstructed, and it should sit on its own or at the end of a run rather than boxed into the middle of a bank.
Ordinary sanitary waste only. Paint, solvents, chemicals, oil and construction debris all cause problems that end up costing more than the hire.
Weekly is the default - a pump-out, fresh deodoriser, restocked paper and a wipe-down of the touch surfaces. Heavy use or a hot run through July and August is worth moving to twice weekly.
