What the flush actually does
A foot pedal drives fresh water from a separate reservoir into the bowl, so what is in the tank stays out of sight. It changes how the unit reads to someone who did not expect to be using a portable restroom at all.
The sink is inside the unit
Soap, a towel dispenser and a small basin, all within the same shell. That is different from a hand-wash station, which is a free-standing two-basin sink that serves a whole bank of units - the two solve different problems and often run together.
Where it earns its money
Backyard weddings, corporate site visits, open houses, church events, film crews and anywhere a client is walking the job. On a long construction run it also makes a good single unit for the site office while standards cover the crew.

That is the usual arrangement on a bigger job. Deluxes go where guests or clients are, standards cover the working crew, and one hand-wash station serves roughly every three units.
It is part of every scheduled service. On heavy event use over a single weekend the reservoir is sized to carry the run, but if you are expecting sustained traffic tell us the headcount and we will build the service around it.
The deluxe is not the accessible unit - the ADA unit is, and it is a wider, ground-level shell with grab bars and turning room. If you need both flush and accessibility on the same job, run a deluxe and an ADA side by side.
