By phone. There is no cart, no booking form and no email address on this site - not as an oversight, but because the questions that actually decide a booking are quicker asked than typed. Call, describe the job, get a flat number.
Most standard drops across Duval, Clay and St. Johns go next day, and a morning call often makes the same day. Restroom trailers want considerably more notice, especially in wedding season and around PLAYERS week, Shrimp Festival weekend and the Georgia-Florida weekend.
Delivery, the scheduled servicing for the agreed period, and collection. The figure quoted on the call is the figure on the invoice.
For a crew, one per ten workers on a standard week. For an event, roughly one per hundred guests over four hours, tighter for a festival, with an uplift if there is a bar. Accessible units are additive at about one per eight, and hand-wash stations at one per three. The calculator shows the working.
Standards, deluxes, ADA units and hand-wash stations need nothing at all - they carry their own tanks. The restroom trailer needs a power supply or a generator, which is the thing to settle early.
Weekly as standard - pump-out, deodoriser, paper, and a wipe-down of the touch surfaces. Twice weekly for heavy use or a hot stretch through July and August.
Grass and compacted gravel, yes, if it is firm and level. Soft sand is where it goes wrong. The recurring problem spots around here are dune crossovers at the beaches, the Black Creek floodplain around Middleburg, the unpaved run out to Fort George Island, and fresh builder pads at Wildlight and Nocatee after rain.
Standing placements get secured, relocated or removed as a named storm firms up in the forecast. Surge-zone placements come out rather than being ballasted. Once it passes and the roads allow, units go back.
Yes, with advance notice. Sawgrass, Pace Island, the Amelia Island resorts and the Ponte Vedra clubs all want a vendor pass and an approved contractor on file, and some restrict service-truck hours. Give us the community name when you book.
For a public right-of-way or a park you generally do, and it is the event organizer's to obtain rather than ours. City of Jacksonville special-event applications go in no less than 90 days ahead, and the Beaches cities each run their own process. We will make sure what we deliver matches what you applied for.
Yes, and there is no penalty for a job running longer than planned. The servicing simply continues until you tell us to collect.
Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau and Baker counties - from the Northbank neighborhoods out to the Atlantic beaches, south through Fleming Island and St. Johns, north to Hilliard near the Georgia line and west along I-10 to Macclenny.
