Service area
Five counties, grouped the way a truck runs them
Not alphabetically, and not by ZIP. By which bridge the truck crosses, which office issues the permit, and how far past the last traffic light the site sits.
Every area we deliver to
From the Northbank to the state line
Each of these has its own page with the roads, the landmarks, the jurisdiction that actually issues the permit, and what that particular ground does to a delivery truck.
Urban Core & the Northbank
Downtown, the historic core and the neighborhoods north of the river
Westside
Out along Normandy, 103rd and Beaver Street to the county line
Southside & the Beaches
The Southside corridor and the three beach cities
Clay County
Orange Park, Fleming Island and south down US 17
St. Johns County
Across Julington Creek and out to the ocean
Nassau & Baker Counties
North to the Georgia line and west along I-10
Venues and parks
Places people hold things
State parks, museums, a zoo, a shopping center and a National Park Service historic site. Each page covers what is actually on the ground, what the fixed restroom provision is, and what the permitting looks like.
Before you call
Getting to your site
If it is in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau or Baker county, almost certainly yes. The two honest caveats are distance and access: Macclenny and Hilliard are the far ends of a route and get slotted first or last in a day, and a gated community or a secured industrial site needs vendor clearance arranged before a truck leaves.
Because around here the mailing address regularly lies. Most of ZIP 32065 and 32073 says Orange Park and is not in the Town of Orange Park. Half of Oakleaf is Clay County and half is City of Jacksonville. Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Baldwin all run their own permitting inside Duval County. Getting that wrong costs a day.
To the street ends and the parking areas, yes. Onto the sand, no - the dunes are protected and vehicle access is restricted, so units stage in the access parking or on a closed street. For a Town Center festival the units have to be in before the closure takes effect, which is a hard constraint rather than a preference.
Sawgrass, Pace Island on Fleming Island, the resort communities on the south end of Amelia Island and the Ponte Vedra clubs are all guarded-gate properties. They want a vendor pass and an approved contractor on file, and some restrict service-truck hours. Give us the community name when you book and it gets arranged ahead.
The service area stops at the state line. Hilliard and Callahan up in northern Nassau County are the northernmost regular runs.
Baldwin, then Macclenny in Baker County out along I-10. That is the western edge, and it is a genuine haul - Macclenny is about twenty-eight miles from downtown, so it realistically has to be the first or the last stop on a truck's day.
Not certain we cover your part of the First Coast?
Say the street or the venue name on the call and you will get a straight yes or no.
