Pricing
Flat, and given on the call
Four things move the number: the unit, how long it stands, how far the truck runs, and how often it comes back. Tell us those and you get an exact figure rather than a range.
What sets the figure
The four variables
Which unit
A standard is the base. A deluxe adds the flush and the built-in sink. An ADA unit is a bigger shell. A hand-wash station is its own piece of kit. A climate-controlled trailer is a different order of thing entirely.
How long it stands
A weekend, two weeks, or a placement that runs month after month. Longer placements settle into a rhythm and price differently from a one-weekend rental.
How far the truck runs
A drop inside the beltway is not the same trip as Macclenny out on I-10 or Hilliard up near the Georgia line. Those are genuinely the far ends of a route, and it shows up honestly rather than as a surprise line.
How often it is serviced
Weekly is standard. Twice weekly is what a busy crew or a Jacksonville July actually wants. Booking the extra service costs less than dealing with a unit that has gone over.
One thing we will not do
Quote you for more units than the job needs. If the calculator gives you a number that looks high, call and talk it through - sometimes the crowd turns over rather than staying, and the honest answer is fewer units.
Before you call
About the money
Because a price list that ignored the variables would be wrong for most jobs, and a price list hedged enough to cover them all would be useless. Four things move the number: which unit, how long it stands, how far the truck runs, and how often it is serviced. Give us those and the figure is exact rather than indicative.
Yes. The figure you are given on the call is the figure on the invoice. It covers delivery, the scheduled servicing for the agreed period and collection. If you later change the service frequency or extend the rental, that gets quoted the same way before it happens.
A trailer rather than a standard unit. Twice-weekly rather than weekly servicing. A long run out to Macclenny or Hilliard rather than a drop inside the beltway. And access that needs a second attempt - a gate with no vendor clearance, or a pad the truck could not reach.
Nothing punitive. Weekend rentals are routine and so are month-on-month placements. What we would rather not do is quote you for four units when the job needs two.
It is part of the quoted figure, along with the final service. Call when the job is winding down and the pickup goes on the route.
Still quoted flat, still on the phone. What changes in a storm or a main break is usually the service frequency rather than the way it is priced.
