Weddings
Wedding restrooms guests do not have to brace for
A ceremony on the Talbot Islands, a reception in a Riverside garden, a barn on acreage out toward Middleburg. If there is no permanent restroom, or not enough of it, the restroom becomes part of the day whether you planned for it or not.
The trailer is the answer
Climate-controlled, real vanities, mirrors, flushing china, interior lighting, two sides running at once. In a Jacksonville summer the climate control is not a luxury - it is the difference between a guest coming back to the table happy or not.
Book it early
There are far fewer trailers in circulation than standard units, and the calendar goes first for wedding season and for anything landing on PLAYERS week, Shrimp Festival weekend or the Georgia-Florida weekend.
Settle the venue access first
Gated communities on the beaches side want vendor clearance arranged ahead. Oceanfront drives end in soft sand. Palmetto Avenue out to Fort George Island is two miles of rough dirt. Give us the venue name and we will tell you honestly what can get there.

Weddings - the usual questions
Both sides run independently, so the turnaround is far quicker than a single unit. Tell us the guest count and the run time and we will say whether one covers it or whether it wants supporting units.
Yes - climate control, lighting and the water system all draw power, so it needs either a supply on site or a generator. Settle this early, because it changes the plan rather than the price.
Often, but it is the first question to answer, not the last. Guarded gates need vendor clearance in advance and sometimes restrict service-truck hours, and the oceanfront drives end in soft dune sand a loaded trailer cannot cross.
Deluxe units are the fallback and they are a genuinely good one - foot-pump flush, a built-in sink, and a footprint that goes almost anywhere. Two deluxes and a hand-wash station cover a lot of weddings.
Well ahead of guests. The trailer is towed in, leveled, connected and stocked before anyone arrives, and collection is scheduled after the event rather than during load-out.
Big Talbot and Little Talbot both take beach weddings and both need a park permit through the Talbot Islands ranger station. The fixed restrooms are only at the boat ramp, the Bluffs and the two bathhouses, so anything staged elsewhere needs its own units in the parking area.
